Brockville Library and Griffin’s Eatery Pizza Night Online Cooking Class

Brockville Public Library has partnered with downtown Brockville restaurants to offer a take-and-make online cooking class.
What you’ll get:
The shopping is done for you! Don’t worry about getting gourmet ingredients from the grocery store – all the ingredients are pre-measured and will be conveniently ready for you to pick up, including a 16″ restaurant pizza pan for you to keep!
Open a bottle of your favourite Italian wine and let pizza master Jeff Griffin show you how to stretch your pizza dough then add scrumptious toppings like caesar dressing, fresh chicken breast, tomatoes and caramelized onions, feta and balsamic drizzle. Jeff has been working in restaurant kitchens since he was 13 and he will make it easy for you to cook an insta worthy pizza that tastes as good as it looks!
Whether you’re doing a date night in, or making this pizza together with your family crew, you will be in for an awesome experience!

How it works:
- Register
- Pick up ingredients from Griffin’s Eatery at 60 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Saturday January 23rd, from 3:00 – 8:00pm.
- Join the online class and learn how to make a delicious chicken pesto pizza!
Serves 3-4, all ingredients supplied including a bonus pizza pan.
